ELCIA
You play as Elcia, the Time Negotiator, as she travels through time meeting various people to recover lost natural resources. During her first trip, she stumbled upon an unknown dimension called "Area-X". It becomes her mission to find out what it really is.
Little is known about Elcia's past, other than she grew up with Belph and Irina. Strong and capable - charismatic and easy-going, Elcia makes friends easily, but very few know what she really thinks.
